<big><strong>מתני׳</strong></big> החובל את הריחים עובר משום לא תעשה וחייב משום שני כלים שנאמר (דברים כד, ו) לא יחבול ריחים ורכב ולא ריחים ורכב בלבד אמרו אלא כל דבר שעושין בו אוכל נפש שנאמר כי נפש הוא חובל:
